She has many years of experience with both the IRS 1031 Exchange and Tenants In Common real estate investment management. Jill also oversees all Bounds Auction Company's buyer side representation and client consultancy in these matters.

Licensed in real estate and insurance in the state of Mississippi, Margaret serves as our resort property consulting specialist and as an appraisal associate consulting from her home in Ocean Springs, MS. A Florida native and a long time real estate investor/developer, she knows all the ins & outs of the resort markets.
